Monster-class super-high moment of inertia through AI-designed milled insert and weight

• The Ai-ONE MILLED putter offers outstanding moment of inertia, enabled by an AI-developed milled insert and precisely placed weights. Aimed at players who prefer the solid feel of a milled putter, the 6-4 titanium insert features a complex rib on the back that helps the ball roll even on off-center hits. This is complemented by numerous weights inside and outside the stainless steel body that significantly increase the head's moment of inertia. The newly developed STROKE LAB 90 steel shaft completes the package. The product line includes a total of eight models, ranging from blades to mallets.

Dramatically less loss of ball speed

• A common problem with putting is the loss of ball speed on off-center hits. Studies show that when the impact point is shifted 1 cm toward the toe or heel, ball speed decreases by about 20%, which can result in a 2-meter drop in the distance for a 10-meter putt. To address this problem, Odyssey has developed a new AI design that reduces the loss of ball speed to about 5% (50 cm at 10 meters), even with a 1 cm shift in impact point.

Insert made of 6-4 titanium

• The Ai-ONE MILLED putter uses a 6-4 titanium insert optimized through extensive testing. The back of the insert features a complex rib developed by AI that maintains consistent ball speed even on off-center hits.

Moment of inertia of the AI ​​insert

• The bronze-gold AI insert is mounted on a stainless steel body with a dark blue PVD coating. In addition to approximately 10g of weight on the toe and heel of the front of the sole, the toe and heel of the head are also loaded with up to 20g of tungsten (the value varies depending on the head type). These measures give the Ai-ONE MILLED putter a moment of inertia close to that of the TRI-HOT 5K putter.

Newly developed steel “STROKE LAB 90 shaft”

• Odyssey's STROKE LAB 90 shaft has been extensively redesigned. The previous shaft was made of a steel and carbon composite. The new STROKE LAB 90 shaft is made entirely of steel and weighs approximately 90g. The grip area has the same thickness as the previous shaft, reducing torque and minimizing unnecessary movement during the swing. Additionally, a counterweight is installed in the hand-side shaft, increasing the moment of inertia of the entire putter during the swing.
