Monster class: Super-high moment of inertia thanks to AI design

• The Ai-ONE MILLED putter offers an extremely high moment of inertia, achieved through an AI-designed milled insert and targeted weights. Unlike the resin and aluminum version of the Ai-ONE putter, this model is designed for players who prefer the solid feel of a milled putter. Equipped with a 6-4 titanium insert, the complex rib on the back ensures the ball continues to roll even on off-center hits. Numerous weights installed inside and outside the stainless steel body significantly increase the head's moment of inertia. The putter also features the newly developed STROKE LAB 90 steel shaft and includes a total of eight models, from blades to mallets.

Dramatically little loss of ball speed

• A common problem with putting is the loss of ball speed on off-center hits. Data shows that when the impact point is shifted 1 cm to the toe or heel, ball speed decreases by approximately 20%, which can result in a shortening of up to 2 meters on a 10-meter putt. To address this problem, Odyssey has introduced a new AI design that has already proven successful in Callaway's face technology. The new insert reduces the loss of ball speed to approximately 5% (50 cm at 10 meters), even with an off-center impact, thus completing the "Ai-ONE MILLED Putter" model.

Inlay made of 6-4 titanium

• The insert installed in the Ai-ONE MILLED putter is made of 6-4 titanium and has been optimized through continuous testing. The back of this insert features a complex rib designed by AI that doesn't significantly reduce ball speed, even on off-center hits.

Moment of inertia of the AI ​​insert

• The bronze-gold AI insert is mounted on a stainless steel body with a dark blue PVD coating. In addition to approximately 10g weights on the toe and heel of the front of the sole, the toe and heel of the head are also loaded with up to approximately 20g of tungsten (the value varies depending on the head type). These measures give the Ai-ONE MILLED putter a moment of inertia close to that of the TRI-HOT 5K putter.

Newly developed steel “STROKE LAB 90 shaft”

• Odyssey's STROKE LAB 90 shaft has been completely redesigned. The previous shaft was made of a steel and carbon composite. However, tour players requested a steel shaft with the stability of the STROKE LAB shaft. The new STROKE LAB 90 shaft is made entirely of steel and weighs approximately 90g. The grip area has the same thickness as the previous STROKE LAB shaft to reduce torque and prevent unnecessary movement during the swing. A counterweight in the hand-side shaft increases the moment of inertia of the entire putter during the swing.
